This is a great place to train. It’s a very comfortable, welcoming environment to work out in. I was going in about three days a week to train with Sybil so I could add muscle and lose weight. She’s a very patient and attentive trainer-she’ll help count the reps, which is very helpful in staying on track. She would coach on effective ways to slow down or pause during a rep to get the most impact. When I moved out of town recently, she also helped me maintain progress by sending me a breakdown of some of our workouts. I’ve trained at large gyms with lots of equipment where your workout ends up interfering with the equipment and space other people are using to train, and during your workout, you end up going on a scavenger hunt for open equipment and space-it can start to feel like bumper cars. That never happened here. Even though the space is relatively small, the trainers have a good system going, because I can’t recall one time a workout conflicted with anyone else training at the same time. The workouts were really effective and I felt like no minute was wasted. There are also details that make a big difference: They offer complimentary bottled water for your workout, which you appreciate more when you train at other gyms where they charge you for water or a gym where they just have little dixie cups of water that you have to keep re-filling to stay hydrated. I’m definitely in better shape because of No Excuse Fitness

I have been going to No Excuse since September 2 and I have been very happy about making the decision to become a healthier person. Richard, the owner is a guy and very invested in the success of his clients. really knows what he’s talking about and has been in business for years! All the trainers are friendly, fun too, and knowledgeable. They provide excellent health and are all very supportive. I have trained with Nige Carter, Sybil, Rigo, and the latest addition to the tear John. My girlfriend has also trained with the owner Richard. Everyone is great and we love coming here twice a week. Highly recommend!

It may be small but packs a punch. After many gym memberships that failed to produce results, I finally found a gym that works for me.

They only do personal training, so if you’re looking to be seen and hang out, this place isn’t for you. Rich the owner is super cool and knowledgeable. Rigo, my training, manages to kick my ass and keep me focused without being a drill sergeant.

For personal training, the price is right. Always very clean and uncrowded.

Finally a gym I call home.

They really know what they are doing. I’ve had 2 personal trainers in the past and I am having a really good experience. I’m excited to see my progress and I feel like this time it’s really going to work for me. Mia is a great trainer. This place is affordable and easy to get to and they have flexible schedules.

No Excuse Fitness has been a game-changer for me in my fitness journey! Dave, my trainer, is my constant teammate and he has challenged and supported me every step of the way. All the trainers are super nice and knowledgeable, and NEF really feels like a home/community to me now. Love this place!!! Maya my trainer is awesome, the gym is great and they work with your schedule!!! Cannot say enough about the gym and Maya. If you thinking about getting back in shape, this is ABSOLUTELY the place and it won’t break the bank!!!

I signed up with No Excuse Fitness and I am So happy that I found them, I moved f LA and I needed to find a trainer to keep me on track I was training out of the Sports Club of LA a was paying 3 times more than what I will be paying now!! That means I can train 4 times a week No Excuse Fitness and pay one third of the cost. I Love the way the gym feels very personal you tell that everyone there loves training there. This is a great find I am very happy to find them.
