“No Excuse Hour”

1 on 1 Personal Training

In order to achieve lasting results, our trainers offer Guidance, Accountability, and Consistency. The No Excuse Hour consists of 30-minute resistance training with a personal trainer plus a 30-minute combination of self-assigned cardio & stretching routine. We do not require any yearly contracts, just month-to-month as needed. If you get sick or go on vacation, you can always pause your sessions and resume them at a later date up to 360 days.

4 Sessions $199 = $49.50

8 Sessions $389 = $48.50

12 Sessions $559 = $46.50

16 Sessions $730 = $45.50

20 Sessions $890 = $44.50

24 Sessions $1030 = $42.90
