Hello, future (or current) clients, I’m Jaure, but you can call me “J.” I started lifting weights in the Summer of 2015. Initially a hobby, it transformed into a passion. After a year of gym commitment, I fell in love with fitness and decided to become a personal trainer. I earned certifications from ACE and NASM and obtained my bachelor’s in Kinesiology, focusing on strength and conditioning from CSUF.
As a trainer for 3 years, I’m dedicated to this career as I believe it’s my purpose. I aim to promote an active and healthy lifestyle, helping both newcomers and regular exercisers maintain their fitness year-round. I believe achieving fitness requires a holistic approach, which includes:
– proper sleep
– better eating habits
– strength training
– cardio
– mobility/flexibility
– emotional wellbeing
Lifting weights and having a good body is just a fraction of fitness. My love for fitness, sparked 7 years ago, continues to grow. If you want to change your life, what’s stopping you?
